150 Grenfell Street

150 Grenfell Street is a significant commercial office building in the Adelaide CBD. APC delivered a 17-month partition and ceiling package across the fitout — one of the longer commercial programmes in our recent project history.

An extended CBD commercial fitout of this type involves working across an active construction site over multiple stages, coordinating with the principal contractor on sequencing, managing the interface between our work and other trades, and maintaining quality standards across a programme that spans multiple building levels.
